CARGON company offers a unique dispersion reinforced
self-leveling floor coating, which completely replaces the ordinary
covering, which are made slowly and not always of sufficient
quality.
The "CARGON" self-leveling flooring has exceptional performance
characteristics -
(see the table),
making it preferred over all other alternatives.
It is important to know that unlike expensive self-leveling
flooring, which has thickness requirements (max 20mm), the "CARGON"
flooring covering can be applied to 300 mm, making it the perfect
main covering. The disperse reinforced covering with polypropylene
fiber has self-leveling and self-leveling ability, which leads to an
ideal surface, in turn, significantly reducing the cost of
subsequent operations.
The polypropylene fibers reinforcement increases the resistance of
covering against impact, abrasive and damaging dynamic forces,
increasing its waterproofing and frost resistance. The reinforced
fiber providing an unique quality - stringiness. It occurs as
residual strength and integrity of the structure even after the
occurrence of cracks.
The covering is made from a special formula in a concrete plant and
then delivered to the site in a ready form. The application is done
by machine. The machine’s productivity range is from 800 m2 to 1300
m2 per day at 50 mm thickness. This makes the covering extremely
suitable for large objects or objects with short deadlines.
Mechanising almost the entire process reduces the "CARGON" covering
price significantly below the prices of ordinary flooring.
